Our Advisory Fees

Here at Curated Craft Travel Advisors we work hard to develop amazing itineraries for our clients. We deploy a wealth of experience, knowledge and leverage our access to great properties and services to ensure you have an exceptional experience. There is a lot of time and effort invested into each and every aspect of your journey. 

Our fees fall under general categories

Travel booking: Airfare, train fare, hotel and lodging, transfers.

Cruise planning & booking

Tour arrangements and booking

Itinerary planning

Advisory service: Frequent travel program evaluation and optimization planning, travel advisor services including but not limited to mile/point optimization strategies, Program alignment, Program Transfers, Benefit maximization.

As all of these vary by complexity by client so do our fees. Below are a few snippets of some simple fees for very basic services. Contact us today with your requirements and we will be glad to put a fee quote out to you for your consideration

Advisory Planning Fee Schedule Samples

Airfare Booking

Domestic Round Trip

$15 first person

$5 each additional person

Domestic One Way

$10 first person

$5 per additional traveller

International Roundtrip

$25 first person

$15 second person

$10 per additional traveller

Lodging

Major chains (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Choice Hotels, Four Seasons, Loews, Hyatt)

$10 per room up to 4 guests

Transfers

Airport to hotel, hotel or residence to airport $25 for the first person second, third and fourth persons $15 each in the same vehicle and itinerary. Pets riding with you $40. Multiple stops along the route $15. 

Point to point transfers such as hotel to same city/metro convention center/shopping center etc. and return $15 first person $5 per additional person up to 4 people in same vehicle.

Tours

Tour fees are based on the level of complexity and effort (time) that it will take to arrange. Booking a family of four on a established tour will be much less than arranging a guide (s) for a group of 10 on a bespoke itinerary. Roughly the fees can be from $25 to $295.00

Train Travel

Again this is another service that varies widely based on the complexity. Simple point to point intercity tickets would be $20 - $35 first traveller $10 - $20 per additional traveller on the same itinerary. 

Cruise Planning

$75 per couple $150 per family (up to 5 people). Any additional planning such as land tours, transfers etc are not included in the fee.

Terms and Conditions (The fine Print)

The above fees are what we charge for our services only. The providers have their own costs and charges which you are responsible for and they have their own terms and conditions. 

Our planning fees are non-refundable once we have done the work. If you end up having to cancel your trip for any reason our fee is for our services which have been fulfilled are not refundable. We will try to work with you if you reschedule the trip as we wish to keep your business. However, since we have already fulfilled our obligation we will not be refunding money for work we have already done. 

Prior to booking you will be provided with the suppliers terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review and understand them. If you have any questions we can help answer them or obtain the information from the supplier for you. In the end if you for instance have to cancel a non-refundable rate that is between you and the supplier as to whether they will do anything to compensate. 

For payment of our services we accept, check, wire transfers, Zelle, cash, Venmo and PayPal. Payment is to our parent company, Dunay Associates, LLC. 

Payments to suppliers will be made either by us on your behalf (with the credit card information you supply and authorize us to use for that specific purpose or directly by you. Neither CCTA or Dunay Associates, LLC pay directly. We are a travel advisory not an agent of any of our suppliers. 

Neither CCTA or Dunay Associates, LLC is responsible for any failure, non-delivery of service, unsatisfactory service or product, negligence (intentional or unintentional) or any other problem or dissatisfaction with any of the services delivered or not delivered by our suppliers. We are not responsible for weather, illnesses, injuries or any other health issues encountered during the course of your travels. We can not be responsible for political or criminal events encountered during your travels. The U.S. Department of State maintains a list of locations that it rates based on various safety concerns. This should be consulted prior making plans to go anywhere. 

We encourage our clients to always be safe, understand where you are traveling and to obey their laws and respect the customs and the places you go. We strongly encourage the use of commonsense at all times and respect for all others and cultures. Travel insurance is also a good idea to have and should be considered in many instances.
