With over 20 years of managing conferences, meetings, seminars, trade shows and other events on 3 continents we have the knowledge and experience to put these together for you. From an office holiday party to a 1000-person conference and trade show CCTA has the experience to put it all together for you. We can strategize with you based on what your priorities are such as maximizing mile/point accumulation, stretching them as far as you can on a trip or trips or perhaps a little of both while traveling in more comfort. We listen to you and plan things out to achieve your travel goals. We understand the bean counters don’t care if you are in seat 34E for a transcend red-eye as long as its the cheapest for the company. We will work with you to find ways to get to 21C aisle exit row or maybe even 2B while minimizing any extra out of pocket costs.

All work and no play isn't good for anybody not even the busy hard driving business owner or manager. You went to your destination for a couple days of meetings and now they are done. Of course you can hop in the car right away and go straight to the airport. Then lets think again its Friday and I am in Hawaii, Cancun or Las Vegas do I really want to do that? Perhaps you thought a little ahead and brought your family or partner with you.
